Tasting Notes
Still lots of bright acidity for such an older wine, although not as much as it’s older 2009 brother, and tannins surprisingly still going strong. A little bit of reduction on the nose but simply give it a little time in your glass and it will reveal complex notes of dark fruits like dark cherries and blueberries.
Vineyard Notes
Made from organically grown grapes lovingly cultivated at Sekhon Family Vineyard in Osoyoos, BC and Knollvine Farm in Okanagan Falls, BC.
Winemaker Notes
The wine aged for 28 months in a combination of new and neutral French and American oak barrels before blending and bottling.

Try with pot roast, shepherd’s pie, or hard cheeses.
